Are you an enthusiastic multi-tasker with attention to detail, strong analytical skills and a can-do attitude? We are looking for a Senior Performance Marketing Strategist to join one of the fastest-growing startups with exposure to many international markets.
Job responsibilities:
- Create, monitor and optimize paid marketing campaigns against a set of KPIs across various channels and networks: search, paid social, display, native, programmatic, etc. following strict deadlines.
- Managing weekly/monthly costs and budgets against targets to ensure the lean and efficient growth of marketing channels.
- Work with the team leader on establishing a top marketing tech stack (Google Analytics configuration, data accuracy improvements etc) that will support our performance optimization efforts.
- Liaise with various stakeholders (sales, pricing, etc) in order to understand the business context and strategic changes needed on the performance marketing side in order to support the wider company goals.Β
- Contribute to the automation efforts of all paid channels to drive scalable growth.
- Generate ad hoc reports and maintain internal dashboards in order to identify potential opportunities and areas of improvement regarding campaign performance.
Β Requirements & Qualifications :
- At least 3-4 years of experience in Digital Performance Marketing, preferably in an eCommerce environment or agency side.Β
- Advanced user ofΒ Microsoft Excel and Google Analytics.
- Deep knowledge in at least 2 of the following channels: SEM, Display or Paid Social.
- Strong data analysis skills & comfortable working with large data sets on a regular basis.
- Degree in Business/Marketing/Engineering/IT/Science from a top tier University/College.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Attention to detail and ability to meet strict deadlines.
- Good organizational skills including prioritizing, time management and multitasking.
- Great communicator, friendly and approachable.
