You will
Own the onboarding lifecycle end to end for every new employer, including plan setup, recordkeeper migrations, payroll integrations, and processing deconversions
Design and build the programmatic systems, automation, and AI-powered tooling that scale onboarding to many clients without scaling headcount
Own plan compliance and plan building, including adoption agreement configuration and plan design
Lead employee education and serve as the expert and the face of Basic Capital for the clients you bring live
Manage stakeholders and communicate clearly with administrators and executives throughout implementation
Required Competencies
Excellent stakeholder management and clear, confident communication with administrators and executives
A systems builder who has turned manual, one-off processes into repeatable, scalable programs
A leverage mindset, using AI, automation, and tooling to scale impact rather than adding headcount
Comfort using data and tools such as spreadsheets, SQL, no-code platforms, or APIs, and partnering with technical teams
Preferred Competencies
Hands-on experience running 401(k) plan setups and recordkeeper migrations, for clients ranging from a handful of employees to thousands
Experience building operational tooling, automations, or AI-powered internal systems
Familiarity with plan document and adoption agreement software
Experience in fintech or early-stage technology companies
