Team mission

We are seeking an experienced Operations Support Analyst to drive insight, data-driven decisions and innovation through data analytics. This senior-level individual contributor position requires someone who can proactively manage change, solve complex problems, and demonstrate exemplary data related thought leadership. Please note this is hybrid based in Berlin.

Your Mission 

  • Create and validate data metrics independently using SQL / Python
  • Develop quantitative analysis and statistical models to evaluate and steer Care decision-making 
  • Strong knowledge of SQL and Python for analysis
  • Maintain GetYourGuide data governance standards 
  • Conduct impact analysis and report findings to senior leadership
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across departments
  • Lead Care department data training sessions
  • Serve as an escalation point for Care data first-line queries
  • Mentor newer Operations Analyst team members and provide guidance
  • Estimate and manage workloads independently

Your Toolkit

  • Advanced proficiency in SQL/Python and data manipulation tools (Databricks, Looker)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills
  • Superior stakeholder management abilities
  • Proven change management expertise
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Extensive experience in operations support or similar role
  • Deep understanding of business analytics and data governance
  • Proven ability to work independently and lead initiatives
  • Strong technical background in data analysis and reporting
  • Experience in managing and mentoring team members
  • AI Curious - actively utilising ai to help improve or streamline processes
