Position Summary
- Provide L1, L2, and L3 network support for enterprise network environments.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve network incidents within agreed SLAs.
- Diagnose and resolve issues related to LAN, WAN, WLAN, VPN, DNS, DHCP, and routing/switching.
- Configure, maintain, and support Cisco routers, switches, and wireless infrastructure.
- Perform network health checks, maintenance, upgrades, and configuration changes.
- Support firewall connectivity and basic network security troubleshooting.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, incident reports, and knowledge base articles.
- Work directly with clients to resolve technical issues and provide timely status updates.
- Collaborate with internal teams and third-party vendors during incident resolution and planned maintenance.
- Participate in on-call support and scheduled maintenance activities as required.
- Bachelor's in computer science / IT / Engineering or equivalent
- CCNA Certification (Mandatory)
- CCNP Certification (Preferred)
- 3–7 years of experience in enterprise network support.
- Strong knowledge of:
- TCP/IP, Routing & Switching
- VLANs, STP, OSPF, BGP, EIGRP
- VPN technologies
- DNS, DHCP, NAT
- Cisco routers, switches, and wireless solutions
- Experience with network monitoring and troubleshooting tools.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a client-facing environment.
- Experience with Cisco ASA, Firepower, or other firewall technologies.
- Knowledge of network security best practices.
- Exposure to cloud networking (AWS/Azure) is an added advantage.
- ITIL Foundation certification is a plus.
