Role Overview
We are looking for a Marketing Coordinator with 3-4 years of experience who can operate as a hands-on contributor across customer marketing, campaigns, and marketing programs.
In this role, you will execute a range of marketing initiatives including customer programs, digital campaigns, content, webinars, events, and social media engagement. You will work closely with Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Revenue teams to ensure smooth execution, timely delivery, and strong cross-functional alignment. This is a highly execution-focused role involving multiple parallel workstreams: coordinating timelines, tracking deliverables, supporting campaign execution, and ensuring nothing is missed.
We are looking for someone who can switch between priorities easily, enjoys operational ownership, and consistently delivers with speed and accuracy. Curiosity, accountability, and a strong inclination toward action matter more than deep specialization in any single function.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support customer marketing initiatives, including customer success stories, advocacy programs, webinars, and events.
- Coordinate marketing projects and programs across Product, Sales, Customer Success, Revenue, and Marketing teams.
- Manage timelines, deliverables, and workflows to ensure successful execution of marketing initiatives.
- Support email marketing campaigns and marketing program activities.
- Assist with content creation, campaign execution, and social media initiatives to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment on campaign objectives and deliverables.
- Leverage AI tools and technologies to improve productivity, content development, and campaign effectiveness.
- Support marketing events, customer communications, and other strategic initiatives as required.
- Contribute ideas and best practices that help improve marketing processes and outcomes.
Key Skills & Competencies:
- 3-4 years of experience in marketing, communications, project coordination, customer marketing, digital marketing, demand generation, or related roles.
- Strong organizational, project management, and program coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Basic familiarity with project management tools such as Monday.com, Asana, or similar platforms.
- Exposure to marketing automation platforms such as Marketo, HubSpot, or similar tools. Deep expertise is not required.
- Experience supporting digital campaigns, content marketing, webinars, events, social media, or customer engagement programs.
- Comfortable using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar technologies to improve workflows and productivity.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across global teams.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign results and identify areas for improvement.
- Eagerness to learn, adapt, and contribute in a dynamic environment.
Success Measure:
- Marketing programs are executed end-to-end with minimal delays and strong operational discipline.
- Timelines and deliverables are consistently tracked and met across multiple concurrent initiatives.
- Cross-functional stakeholders (Product, Sales, Customer Success, Revenue) experience smooth coordination with minimal follow-ups required.
- Marketing assets and communications are delivered accurately, on time, and with high attention to detail.
- AI tools are actively used to improve speed and efficiency in content creation, research, and execution workflows.
- Internal stakeholders rely on this role as a dependable execution partner for driving marketing initiatives forward.
