We are seeking a Senior Manual QA / Test Analyst to join a new merchandise program focused on Warehouse Management Systems (WMS). In this role, you will act as a hands-on, manual-first tester, working closely with business stakeholders and external partners to ensure high-quality delivery in complex, data-driven logistics environments.
You will need to be comfortable working independently, quickly understanding complex WMS workflows, and using your strong SQL skills to validate data across integrated systems. Strong communication skills are essential, as you will frequently interact with business users, product teams, and external stakeholders.
This is a role for someone who can hit the ground running, take ownership of testing activities end-to-end, and bring structure to fast-moving delivery environments.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in manual QA / test analysis, ideally in enterprise or logistics-heavy environments
- Strong hands-on experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) (strongly preferred)
- Strong proficiency in SQL, including writing complex queries and validating data across relational databases
- Solid understanding of retail, logistics, or supply chain processes (inventory, stock movement, fulfilment, replenishment)
- Strong capability in manual testing, including functional, integration, regression, and release validation
- Proven ability to work independently and self-manage tasks in fast-paced environments
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, including collaboration with business and external partners
- Experience working with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, TestRail or similar
- Fluent in English
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Designing and executing manual test cases for WMS and merchandising-related systems
- Performing data validation using SQL across multiple integrated systems
- Verifying end-to-end data flows and integration points (e.g., WMS, OMS, ERP, SAP)
- Working directly with business stakeholders and external partners to clarify requirements and define test coverage
- Acting as a key QA contact for the merch program, ensuring clarity and alignment across teams
- Logging, tracking, and following up on defects with clear documentation
- Executing smoke, regression, and release testing activities
- Ensuring real-world retail workflows are correctly implemented (e.g., stock movements, fulfilment, replenishment, stocktakes)
- Contributing to test documentation, reporting, and continuous improvement of QA processes

Compensation
- The maximum monthly gross salary for this position is 70 million VND. Final offers will be based on experience and alignment with the role's requirements
