The Role
We're seeking an experienced Senior Paid Search Manager to lead strategy and execution across sophisticated enterprise accounts within Wpromote's growing B2B practice. This individual contributor (IC) role will serve as a strategic partner to clients, helping drive performance through thoughtful planning, hands-on optimization, and cross-functional collaboration.
The ideal candidate brings experience managing complex paid search programs within agency environments and enjoys balancing strategic thinking with day-to-day execution. You'll oversee enterprise search initiatives across multiple campaigns, products, and audiences while partnering closely with Client Strategy, Analytics, Creative, and other channel teams to deliver measurable business outcomes.
Experience supporting SaaS, fintech, HR/payroll, cybersecurity, cloud technology, or other B2B organizations is strongly preferred.
Preferred candidates will be located in PT or CT time zones to support team and client collaboration; ET candidates will also be considered for the right fit.

The anticipated annual salary for this role will range from $84,000 - $100,000, based on consideration of a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years and depth of experience, education and certifications, competitive benchmarks, scope of responsibility, market dynamics, geographic location, and respective state’s salary threshold for exempt employees. The total compensation package for this role will include benefits (listed above).
*This position may be performed remotely in most states within the US, with some exclusions

You Will Be
Serving as a trusted strategic partner to enterprise B2B clients by leading paid search strategy, performance optimization, and ongoing business planning across complex performance marketing programs
Owning both strategy and execution by developing campaign architecture, optimization plans, testing roadmaps, and operational improvements that drive measurable business results
Managing sophisticated paid search account structures across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, SA360, and other relevant paid search platforms
Driving strategic planning, forecasting, budget management, testing initiatives, and performance optimization aligned with client business goals
Translating campaign performance and business insights into clear, actionable recommendations for client stakeholders
Partnering closely with Client Strategy, Analytics, Creative, SEO, and other channel teams to develop integrated marketing strategies
Identifying opportunities for automation, operational efficiencies, audience expansion, and performance innovation across client programs
Maintaining strong campaign health through proactive monitoring, QA processes, and optimization best practices
Leading client communications through recurring meetings, business reviews, and strategic presentations while building trusted client relationships
Staying current on emerging search trends, AI-driven search developments, automation capabilities, and platform innovations to continually improve client performance
You Must Have
4+ years of experience managing paid search campaigns within an agency environment
Experience managing complex B2B paid search programs across enterprise or mid-market clients
Proven success managing significant paid search investments and multi-campaign account structures
Deep expertise across Search Ads 360 (SA360), Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, campaign structure, audience strategy, bidding strategies, automation, and conversion optimization
Strong analytical skills with experience using GA4 and other reporting platforms to develop insights and performance recommendations
Experience developing testing strategies and translating performance data into actionable business recommendations
Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills with experience communicating directly with client stakeholders
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities across several client engagements
Ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams in a fast-paced agency environment
Working knowledge of Google Suite and Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and data visualization
Nice to Have
Experience supporting SaaS, fintech, HR/payroll, cybersecurity, cloud technology, or other B2B organizations preferred
Experience working with Salesforce, HubSpot, or other CRM integrations for lead generation measurement
Experience managing offline conversion tracking and lead quality optimization
Familiarity with first-party audience strategies, CRM integrations, and advanced attribution methodologies
Experience leveraging AI-powered tools and automation to improve campaign efficiency and performance
