YOUR IMPACT
As Paid Media Manager, you will play a key role in executing and optimizing Redwood's global paid media programs across a multi-brand product portfolio. You'll work closely with marketing, sales, and operations teams to drive pipeline growth through data-driven campaign execution and continuous optimization.
- Execute and optimize paid media campaigns that drive lead volume, lead quality, pipeline, and cost efficiency across the full funnel—from click to closed-won.
- Build, manage, and optimize campaigns across search, social, display, programmatic, and third-party channels to maximize performance and conversion rates.
- Help manage a multi-million-dollar annual paid media budget by monitoring spend, optimizing channel allocation, and supporting forecasting and performance reporting.
- Manage relationships with third-party vendors, including paid newsletters, content syndication partners, review platforms, and lead generation programs, ensuring campaigns meet performance goals.
- Apply conversion rate optimization (CRO) best practices across landing pages, ad creative, and lead capture experiences.
- Partner with ABM, customer, content, product marketing, and sales teams to amplify marketing initiatives through paid channels and ensure alignment with broader demand generation strategies.
- Analyze campaign performance and develop actionable recommendations to improve pipeline contribution, ROAS, CPL, cost per opportunity, and overall marketing efficiency.
- Stay current on emerging paid media trends, platform capabilities, and AI-driven search developments to identify new opportunities for growth.
YOUR EXPERIENCE
- 4+ years of hands-on B2B paid media experience with a track record of driving demand generation and pipeline, ideally within SaaS or enterprise software.
- Strong experience managing paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and other digital advertising platforms.
- Experience with 6sense, programmatic advertising, Reddit, Meta, review platforms such as G2, content syndication networks, and third-party lead generation programs is a plus.
- Experience managing paid media budgets and optimizing channel performance based on business objectives and data insights.
- Familiarity with Salesforce and Marketo for campaign attribution and reporting; experience with landing page optimization or personalization tools such as Instapage or VWO is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate campaign performance data into actionable recommendations.
- Understanding of generative engine optimization (GEO) and how AI-driven search is influencing paid media strategy.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities simultaneously.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with experience working cross-functionally across marketing, sales, and external partners.
