Key Responsibilities
* Partner with global department heads and leaders to align HR strategies with business goals, driving organizational design, workforce planning, and talent management.
* Provide coaching and guidance to managers on employee relations, performance management, leadership development, and retention strategies.
* Lead cross-functional HR initiatives and act as a cultural ambassador across our global sites.
Compensation & Benefits (Total Rewards)
* Design, implement, and manage global compensation and benefits policies, ensuring market competitiveness, internal equity, and alignment with business objectives.
* Lead the participation in global salary surveys (e.g., Radford/Aon, Mercer) and analyze benchmarks to drive data-informed pay structures.
* Manage the annual salary review cycle, equity allocation (stocks/options), and bonus programs.
* Ensure local compliance with labor laws and compensation regulations across multiple global jurisdictions.
* Act as the HR team’s subject matter expert for Workday, ensuring data integrity, system optimization, and seamless integration with global processes.
* Design and generate HR dashboards and analytics to provide leadership with actionable insights on turnover, hiring trends, and headcount budgets.
* Standardize and automate HR workflows within the HRIS to scale global operations.
Requirements:
* HRIS Expertise: Must have extensive, hands-on experience with Workday (implementation, configuration, or advanced data management).
* Compensation & Benefits Mastery: Proven experience in conducting and analyzing salary surveys and designing global compensation policies and pay bands.
* Global Mindset: Strong understanding of labor laws, cultural nuances, and compensation practices in regions such as the US, EMEA, or APAC.
* Analytical Skills: Highly analytical mindset with advanced Excel skills (modeling, VLOOKUP, pivot tables) and the ability to translate complex data into strategic insights.
* Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to influence and present to executive leadership.
* Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field (Master's degree or relevant certifications like CCP are a plus).
