We are supporting a U.S.-based technology company looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer to help build secure, scalable, and high-performance SaaS applications. This role combines hands-on software development with architectural design, troubleshooting, and the adoption of AI-powered engineering practices.

Challenge

We're looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer who enjoys building modern SaaS applications while taking ownership of the entire software development lifecycle.

This role is ideal for someone who combines strong technical expertise with an engineering mindset, enjoys solving complex problems, and is passionate about delivering high-quality software. You'll contribute to application architecture, performance optimization, and modern development workflows while leveraging AI-powered tools to accelerate software delivery.

You'll work in a collaborative environment where engineering excellence, Shift-Left practices, and continuous improvement are core to the team's culture.

What You'll Do

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable SaaS applications using C#, .NET, Angular, and SQL Server.

• Build new features while enhancing existing applications with a strong focus on performance, security, and maintainability.

• Participate in architecture and technical design discussions, helping define scalable solutions and engineering standards.

• Design and optimize relational databases, stored procedures, indexing strategies, and SQL performance.

• Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and contribute to modern API architectures.

• Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and continuously improve application reliability.

• Write unit and integration tests to ensure high-quality software delivery.

• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Architecture teams throughout the development lifecycle.

• Work in a Shift-Left environment, taking ownership from implementation through testing and production support.

• Leverage AI-powered development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code, and similar technologies to improve productivity and software quality.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience developing web applications.

• Strong expertise in:

  • C#

  • .NET ecosystem

  • Angular

  • SQL Server

• Experience working with relational databases, stored procedures, and SQL performance optimization.

• Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and performance tuning skills.

• Experience writing unit and integration tests.

• Comfortable working in Shift-Left development environments.

• Self-driven professional with a strong ownership mindset.

• Excellent collaboration and communication skills.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

• English proficiency at C1 level (written and verbal).

Nice to Have

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server indexing and query optimization.

• Experience with AWS or other cloud platforms (EC2, S3, SES, etc.).

• Experience with GraphQL.

• Experience with enterprise-scale SaaS applications.

• Knowledge of HTML and CSS for traditional web applications.

• Experience using AI-assisted development tools and coding agents such as:

  • GitHub Copilot

  • Cursor

  • Claude Code

• Familiarity with modern AI concepts including:

  • Large Language Models (LLMs)

  • Model Context Protocol (MCP)

  • Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
