Access Softek has been building software for the financial industry for over 30 years. Headquartered in Berkeley, California, we work with hundreds of banks and credit unions across the U.S., helping them deliver modern digital banking experiences to millions of users.
We are looking for a Senior Full-Stack Software Developer to join our Business Banking & External Payments Team.
This team builds and supports business banking and external payment features used in real financial workflows. Their work includes ACH transfers, checks, bill pay, balance transfer, and business payment tools — the kinds of functionality that combine customer-facing product work with integration-heavy backend logic. Design and document internal and public APIs
Write unit and integration tests and contribute to a high standard of code quality
Follow engineering best practices around code review, version control, CI/CD, and secure development
Take ownership of changes from refinement through deployment and production support
Work closely with product managers, QA engineers, and other developers in a distributed team
Investigate issues, analyze logs and telemetry, and deliver safe, reliable fixes
Contribute to automation across build, test, release, and deployment processes
Share knowledge and help improve team development practices
