Senior Executive, Global Retention
About the Role
Our client is a fast-growing player in the financial trading sector and is seeking a Senior Executive, Global Retention to help shape how they retain and grow their global client base. In this role, you will build global retention toolkits that empower local markets to drive trading revenue from existing clients.

Key Responsibilities
Retention Program Management
- Develop and execute global retention programs across the customer lifecycle, including active trader growth, churn prevention, and dormant client reactivation.
Campaign Execution
- Drive omni-channel campaign planning and execution across multiple customer touchpoints.
- Partner with CRM, content, and design teams to ensure timely and high-quality campaign delivery.
Performance & Insights
- Track and report on key retention KPIs.
- Evaluate campaign and customer journey performance.
- Provide actionable recommendations to continuously improve retention initiatives.
Market Intelligence
- Conduct regular market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for optimization.
Stakeholder Partnership
- Serve as the key liaison between global and local markets.
- Support campaign localization, facilitate best-practice sharing, and contribute to ad hoc strategic projects.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, e-Commerce, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in retention, loyalty, CRM, or lifecycle marketing.
- Experience in, or a strong interest in, the financial trading or FinTech industry is highly preferred.
- Hands-on experience with CRM, marketing automation, and MarTech platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with a commercial mindset and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Creative, self-motivated, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, global environment.
- Excellent written and spoken Mandarin (or Cantonese) and English.
