Overview of Role
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Delivery Manager with a strong Agile and Scrum
background to lead the successful delivery of customer-facing technology programs across cloud, data,
AI, analytics, and application development initiatives.
This role is best suited for professionals who began their careers as Software Engineers, Technical
Leads, Solution Architects, or Engineering Leads and have successfully progressed into Delivery
Management and Agile Leadership roles.
The ideal candidate combines strong technical acumen with delivery leadership and is comfortable
partnering with clients, business stakeholders, architects, product teams, and engineering teams to
deliver complex technology transformation initiatives. This individual will be responsible for driving
execution excellence, managing stakeholder expectations, ensuring customer success, and delivering
measurable business outcomes.

Responsibilities
Delivery Management
● Plan and manage the delivery of software, cloud, data, and AI transformation programs while ensuring
alignment with customer objectives and business outcomes.
● Define project scope, delivery plans, timelines, milestones, resource requirements, and success
metrics.
● Manage delivery risks, technical dependencies, resource constraints, and escalation paths to ensure
predictable execution.
● Track project health, team velocity, delivery milestones, financial performance, and customer
satisfaction metrics.
● Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality expectations.
● Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize delivery processes, team effectiveness, and
customer outcomes.
● Manage multiple concurrent projects and distributed teams across geographies.
Agile Delivery & Scrum Leadership
● Guide and coach teams on Agile principles, Scrum practices, and delivery excellence.
● Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Sprint Reviews, Backlog
Grooming, and Retrospectives.
● Foster a culture of accountability, ownership, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
● Remove delivery impediments and proactively address team challenges.
● Drive Agile maturity and support teams in adopting best practices.
● Partner with Product Owners to ensure effective backlog prioritization and sprint planning.

Technical & Consulting Leadership
● Collaborate with clients, architects, product teams, and engineering leaders to understand business
goals and translate them into actionable delivery plans.
● Participate in technical discussions, architecture reviews, solution planning, and delivery strategy
sessions.
● Understand technical challenges and work with engineering teams to identify practical solutions and
mitigation plans.
● Support engineering teams in balancing delivery commitments with scalability, quality, security, and
maintainability requirements.
● Work closely with cloud, data, AI, and application engineering teams to drive successful solution
delivery.
● Provide delivery oversight for complex enterprise technology initiatives involving cloud modernization,
AI, analytics, and digital transformation.
Client & Stakeholder Management
● Build trusted relationships with customers, business stakeholders, and executive sponsors.
● Lead delivery governance meetings, status reviews, steering committee discussions, and executive
updates.
● Communicate project status, risks, issues, dependencies, and mitigation plans effectively.
● Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure alignment across customer and internal teams.
● Act as the primary point of contact for delivery-related matters throughout the engagement lifecycle.
● Support account growth by identifying opportunities for process improvements, additional services, and
strategic initiatives.
Process & Operational Excellence
● Establish and promote delivery governance frameworks, metrics, and reporting standards.
● Drive adoption of best practices in Agile delivery, project execution, and team collaboration.
● Contribute to the evolution of organizational delivery methodologies and operational processes.
● Support resource planning, capacity management, and delivery forecasting activities.
● Promote knowledge sharing, mentoring, and professional development across delivery teams.

Qualifications
● Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
● 10+ years of overall experience in Software Engineering, Technical Leadership, Project Delivery, or
Program Management.
● Minimum 3+ years of experience as a Delivery Manager, Technical Delivery Manager, Program
Manager, Scrum Master, or Engineering Delivery Lead.
● Strong background as a Software Engineer, Technical Lead, Engineering Lead, or Solution Architect
before transitioning into Delivery Management.
● Proven experience delivering enterprise-scale software, cloud, data, analytics, or AI programs in
consulting or professional services environments.
● Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, Scrum frameworks, and modern software delivery
practices.
● Experience managing distributed cross-functional teams and multiple concurrent projects.
● Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), engineering practices, and delivery
governance.
● Ability to understand system architecture, cloud platforms, APIs, microservices, distributed systems,
and technical delivery challenges.
● Experience working with cloud platforms such as Google Cloud Platform (GCP), AWS, or Azure.
● Experience working with engineering teams delivering cloud-native applications, data platforms,
analytics solutions, or AI/ML initiatives.
● Familiarity with Agile project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms.
● Excellent communication, stakeholder management, negotiation, and leadership skills.
● Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
● Experience working in consulting, system integration, professional services, or customer-facing delivery
organizations.
● Experience delivering cloud migration, data modernization, AI/ML, GenAI, analytics, or digital
transformation programs.
● Scrum Master certifications such as CSM, PSM, SAFe Scrum Master, or equivalent.
● Exposure to Google Cloud technologies and AI-driven solutions.
● Experience managing globally distributed teams and enterprise customers.
● Strong customer-facing consulting and executive stakeholder management experience.
