What you’ll do:

• Write and localize copy that converts across marketing channels, including blog, landing pages, emails, push notifications, UX content, FAQs, social media, and sales-focused materials.
• Own content localization beyond translation by researching local markets, customer behavior, search intent, competitors, and cultural nuances to adapt messaging for different regions and support market expansion. 
• Continuously optimize content based on performance data, SEO insights, A/B test results, product changes, and business priorities – experiment with copy ideas, analyze what works, and refine messaging accordingly. 
• Track the monthly performance of owned content, report key insights to the department, and proactively recommend improvements, content repurposing opportunities, and cross-channel reuse ideas. 
• Proactively identify and apply AI tools and workflows to improve content quality, speed up research and localization, support testing, and make content production more efficient without compromising brand voice or accuracy. 
• Research and quickly learn new topics by following industry trends, customer needs, and testing the product hands-on – including regular competitive content analysis to spot market trends, content gaps, and positioning opportunities. 
• Guide and mentor other copywriters and freelancers.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product, SEO, design, and customer-facing teams, to ensure cohesive, accurate, and strategic messaging across all content. 

What we expect from you:

• Proven experience in copywriting, content marketing, or a similar role. 
• Excellent English and Lithuanian writing and editing skills, with the ability to create clear, engaging, and conversion-focused copy.
• Ability to write across different formats and channels, including blog, landing pages, emails, UX content, FAQs, social media, push notifications, and sales-focused materials.
• Good understanding of SEO, search intent, keyword research, and content optimization.
• Strong research skills and curiosity to quickly understand new topics, competitors, customers, and product features.
• Experience working cross-functionally with marketing, product, SEO, design, project, technical, or customer-facing teams.
• Proactive ownership mindset: able to gather context independently, ask the right questions, and move projects forward without waiting for fully prepared briefs.
• Ability to track content performance, draw insights, and improve content based on data.
• Strong prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Confident use of AI tools in daily work – able to show a concrete workflow for how you use AI for research, localization, or optimization (not just drafting).  

Nice to have:

• Experience with localization or adapting content for different markets.
• Experience working in tech, SaaS, automotive, or a product-led company. 
• Experience with A/B testing copy or working closely with performance/growth teams. 
• Experience guiding other copywriters, freelancers, or external partners.

Gross salary in a range: 3500 - 4500 € / month (depends on your experience)
