Huge is looking for a Senior Business Analyst to support cross-functional analysis efforts across high-impact digital initiatives, with a heavy focus on web, logged-in app, and native mobile tracks. The Senior Business Analyst is responsible for driving clarity, quality, and consistency in requirements, ensuring alignment between business goals, capabilities, and delivery execution.

This role partners closely with the Senior Product Manager and Technology Director to act as the internal product owner, while collaborating with Design, Engineering, and Quality Assurance teams to translate business needs into actionable requirements. The Senior BA acts as a trusted, client-facing advisor, applying strong analytical rigor and Agile best practices to shape solution direction and ensure measurable outcomes.

A successful candidate brings strong problem-solving skills, deep mobile ecosystem expertise, confidence operating in ambiguity, and the ability to simplify complex systems and decisions. This individual can operate independently on large, complex initiatives while maintaining strong client alignment and delivery momentum.

What You’ll Be Doing 

  • Internal Product Ownership: Partner closely with the Senior Product Manager and Technology Director to act as the internal product owner, ensuring technical and delivery realities align with the overarching product vision.
  • Multi-Track Requirements Management: Lead detailed functional requirements documentation across web, logged-in app, and native mobile tracks.
  • Agile Ceremonies & Delivery: Own the Agile lifecycle for assigned tracks; facilitate requirements gathering sessions and lead sprint planning sessions to maintain delivery momentum.
  • Artifact Creation: Write high-quality user stories, comprehensive acceptance criteria, process flows, data flows, and supporting documentation.
  • Client-Facing Alignment: Act as a key point of contact for client-facing requirements reviews, communicating priorities, trade-offs, and rationale clearly to build trust and shared understanding.
  • Backlog & Jira Ownership: Own and maintain Jira for assigned engagements, ensuring backlog health, traceability, and alignment to delivery priorities.
  • Design & Engineering Collaboration: Intake and annotate mobile and web designs to ensure requirements accurately reflect intended functionality, edge cases, and system behavior.
  • Scope & Prioritization: Contribute to backlog prioritization leveraging structured frameworks and facilitate stakeholder alignment on trade-offs, sequencing, and scope.
  • Risk Mitigation: Identify risks, gaps, and conflicts in mobile/web requirements and proactively drive resolution throughout the delivery lifecycle.
  • UAT Support: Support demos and UAT cycles, validating delivered functionality against user stories and supporting issue triage and resolution.

What We’d Like to See 

  • 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst delivering complex digital initiatives, with a strong track record in Agile BA roles.
  • Proven Mobile Expertise: Hands-on experience documenting requirements for native mobile applications (iOS/Android) and logged-in/authenticated web experiences.
  • Agency or Consulting Background: Experience working in a client-facing agency or consulting environment supporting enterprise or multi-stream delivery.
  • Core BA Competencies: Strong expertise in requirements gathering, functional/non-functional documentation, and requirements lifecycle management—especially related to Accessibility, Integrations, Localization, and End-to-End technical flows.
  • Agile Mastery: Deep understanding of Agile, Scrum, and SDLC processes, with demonstrated experience leading sprint planning and managing backlogs in Jira and Confluence.
  • Client Management & Communication: Exceptional stakeholder management skills, including the confidence to facilitate workshops and lead requirements reviews directly with clients.
  • Global Collaboration: Comfort working with globally distributed teams across multiple time zones.
  • Language Proficiency: Advanced English fluency with excellent written and verbal communication skills is required for this client-facing role.
