Are you excited by building secure, scalable cloud-native services and exploring how AI can transform the way software is delivered? As a Senior Software Engineer, you'll design and own high-impact backend services using C#/.NET and AWS, influence architecture decisions, and help shape engineering best practices across the team. You'll work end-to-end—from development and deployment to monitoring and continuous improvement—while leveraging AI-powered tools to accelerate development, improve quality, and drive innovation.

Here’s a breakdown of what you’ll do (not all of it, just the important stuff):

  • Design, build, and own secure, scalable cloud-native services using C#/.NET and AWS.
  • Lead technical decision-making, balancing performance, reliability, security, and cost considerations.
  • Use AI-powered tools to enhance coding, debugging, testing, and prototyping while ensuring quality and safety.
  • Drive architectural improvements using Clean Architecture, CQRS, and event-driven design patterns.
  • Collaborate with Product, UX, Security, DevOps, and Engineering teams to deliver impactful solutions.
  • Mentor engineers and champion modern development practices, including AI-augmented engineering workflows.

These are the essentials you’ll need to get an interview:

  • 5–7 years of software engineering experience building secure, scalable applications in an agile environment.
  • Strong hands-on experience with C#, .NET, ASP.NET Core, Entity Framework Core, and RESTful API development.
  • Experience designing and operating cloud-native services within AWS environments.
  • Solid understanding of Clean Architecture, CQRS/MediatR, and event-driven system design.
  • Practical experience using AI tools to support software development, with the ability to critically assess and validate outputs.
  • Experience with modern software delivery practices including Docker, Infrastructure as Code, CI/CD pipelines, and monitoring tools.
  • Strong communication, mentoring, and collaboration skills with a passion for continuous improvement.

It would be great if you had these too, but we’ll support you if you don’t:

  • Experience with AWS services such as ECS/Fargate, Lambda, DynamoDB, SQS, EventBridge, or Step Functions.
  • Familiarity with AWS CDK or Terraform for infrastructure automation.
  • Experience with .NET Aspire, distributed tracing, OpenTelemetry, CloudWatch, or structured logging tools.
  • Exposure to gRPC, Polly, feature flagging, or progressive delivery practices.
  • Knowledge of AI governance, compliance, privacy considerations, and responsible AI adoption.
  • Familiarity with Angular and TypeScript to support full end-to-end feature delivery.
  • Experience evaluating and introducing new tools, frameworks, or AI-driven engineering solutions.
