Join our Revenue Operations team as a Senior Ad Operations Specialist! In this role, you'll manage and optimize digital advertising operations across Display, OLV, CTV, and CTV OOH while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-performing programmatic campaigns in a fast-paced AdTech environment.

Qualifications
5+ years of experience in Ad Operations, Programmatic Advertising, Digital Advertising, or Revenue Operations.
Proven experience leading day-to-day Ad Operations activities, prioritizing workloads, maintaining operational quality, and driving continuous process improvements.
Experience troubleshooting campaign delivery and technical integrations.
Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken).
Strong understanding of:
Display Advertising
Online Video (OLV)
Connected TV (CTV)
Programmatic Advertising
SSP/DSP ecosystems
Experience working with one or more of the following technologies:
SpringServe
Publica
Xandr
Prebid
OpenRTB
VAST
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with header bidding and programmatic monetization.
Familiarity with API integrations and advertising technologies.
Experience working in a fast-paced AdTech or digital media environment.
