We are looking for a Senior Account Expansion Manager with a strong commercial mindset to drive growth across our portfolio of mid-sized and large clients in Sweden.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of expanding existing accounts and driving business growth within the staffing, recruitment, or talent solutions industry. You will combine a strong focus on delivering long-term customer value with the ability to leverage data, technology, and AI-driven insights to develop smart growth strategies and deliver high-impact solutions.
In this strategic, client-facing role, you will be responsible for identifying, developing, and executing upselling and cross-selling opportunities within your assigned customer portfolio. You will achieve this through strategic account analysis and a deep understanding of your clients' needs across different departments, subsidiaries, and business units.
You will take full ownership of your assigned portfolio and expansion pipeline, leading the entire sales process from end to end - from identifying and qualifying opportunities to developing proposals, structuring commercial agreements, negotiating terms, and closing deals.
Responsibilities
Build strong, trusted relationships with key stakeholders within existing accounts, acting as a strategic partner and working closely with Customer Success and service delivery teams to strengthen engagement and customer trust.
Manage and lead the expansion pipeline from qualification through to close, taking full ownership of the sales process, including deal structuring, proposal development, negotiation, and contract execution.
Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure the successful execution and implementation of growth initiatives.

Proven experience driving account expansion and revenue growth within the staffing, recruitment, or talent solutions industry.
A results-driven mindset with a strong focus on creating sustainable customer value, combined with curiosity and the ability to leverage technology and artificial intelligence to optimize processes and develop innovative solutions.
Ability to translate data and insights into actionable growth strategies and support data-driven decision-making.
Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build credibility and trusted relationships at all levels of an organization.
