  • Hours: Varies- expected 35 hour/week role 
  • Compensation: $75,000- $90,000

Responsibilities: 

  • Work closely and collaboratively with the Assistant Directors, Directors, and VP of the company to determine and delegate short-term and long-term clinical improvement initiatives.
  • Provide mentoring, training, and competency assessments as necessary to supervisees
  • Provide oversight of Behavior Consultants and Behavior Specialists including assisting in managing caseload, training and mentoring of school district procedures as well as Family of Kidz protocols and billing procedures.
  • Assist consultants in FBA/BIP data collection and process, review FBA/BIP reports and provide feedback and guidance as necessary. Assist BIPs and Crisis Management Plans as necessary.
  • Ensure proper data collection is setup by consultants, review data collection and graphs bi-weekly.
  • Review progress reports and annual review reports for supervisees
  • Work closely with service coordinators to communicate with districts and assistant directors to ensure effective and ongoing communication is delivered.
  • Collaborate with Assistant Directors in the development and implementation of internal trainings for continuing education, compliance, and professional growth to all employees
  • Collaborate with Assistant Directors in the support of professional growth of employees including providing structured feedback to supervisees, performance improvement plans and disciplinary action
  • Ensures timely, accurate submission of session notes and records related to service provision and clinical integrity
  • Maintain a caseload of direct and/or indirect services to students and families of 21-28 hours per week
  • Conduct FBA and create BIP's as needed
  • Conduct evaluations attend CSE meetings, and/or provide coverage for staff absences as deemed necessary by their supervisors
  • Participate in collaborative team meetings with clinical providers, clinicians, and paraprofessionals
  • Develop and present professional development in district and community settings as needed
  • Attend Professional Development Trainings, as required
  • Ensures proper supervision as per the BACB and LBA requirements
  • Provides oversight to NYS Graduate Permit and BCBA Candidates, as needed and maintain appropriate documentation 

 

  

  

About You:

And this background: 

  • NYS Driver’s License and Proof of Insurance  
  • Master’s degree Required in one of the following: Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, Educational/Health/Human Services 
  • BCBA Certification and / or LBA
  • Minimum of (3) year experience working in a setting focusing on supporting children and their families, preferably school based consultation services
  • Bilingual is a plus  
  • Reliable transportation to get to assigned caseload and supervisee settings
