We are seeking an experienced SAP R2R (Record-to-Report) Solution Architect to lead the design, transformation, and optimization of enterprise finance processes across global SAP landscapes. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in SAP Finance solutions, strong business process knowledge in Record-to-Report, and proven experience architecting end-to-end finance transformation programs using SAP S/4HANA and related ecosystem products.

As a key member of the enterprise applications team, you will collaborate with business stakeholders, finance leaders, process owners, and technical teams to define scalable solution architectures, drive digital transformation initiatives, and ensure alignment with organizational finance and compliance objectives.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Lead architecture and solution design for SAP Record-to-Report (R2R) processes across enterprise environments.
• Define end-to-end SAP Finance solutions leveraging SAP S/4HANA Finance, SAP FICO, and related finance applications.
• Drive finance transformation initiatives, including process harmonization, standardization, and automation.
• Design and implement solutions for General Ledger, Asset Accounting, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Treasury, and Financial Close processes.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable architecture roadmaps.
• Provide architectural guidance during SAP S/4HANA implementations, upgrades, migrations, and global rollouts.
• Evaluate and integrate complementary SAP and third-party finance solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations, audit requirements, internal controls, and reporting standards.
• Support solution governance, architecture reviews, and best-practice adoption across projects.
• Mentor functional consultants and participate in solution estimation, risk assessment, and strategic planning activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.
• 6–17 years of overall SAP experience with significant exposure to Finance and R2R processes.
• Proven experience as a Solution Architect, Enterprise Architect, or Lead SAP Finance Consultant.
• Strong understanding of finance transformation, accounting principles, financial reporting, and enterprise architecture frameworks.
• Experience working in global delivery models and large-scale SAP implementation programs.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Experience

• Multiple SAP S/4HANA implementation or transformation projects.
• Experience designing integrated finance landscapes involving Ariba, OpenText VIM, BlackLine, HighRadius, Central Finance, Celonis, MBC, or SAP DRC.
• Exposure to cloud-based SAP architectures and hybrid enterprise environments.
• SAP certifications in SAP S/4HANA Finance, SAP FICO, or Enterprise Architecture are highly desirable.
