You will be responsible for defining the Salesforce roadmap, establishing technical standards and best practices, and delivering innovative solutions that enable business growth. Working closely with stakeholders across the organisation, you will provide architectural leadership while remaining actively involved in solution development and implementation.

What You Will Do

  • Provide hands-on development using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, Java, and related technologies where required.
  • Establish and maintain best practices for architecture, development, testing, deployment, release management, and platform security.
  • Drive optimisation of business processes through Salesforce capabilities and automation.
  • Lead data migration initiatives, data quality improvements, and master data management strategies.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
  • Review solution designs and code to ensure adherence to architectural standards and platform best practices.
  • Mentor and coach Salesforce Developers and Administrators, fostering technical excellence across the team.
  • Evaluate emerging Salesforce technologies and recommend opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Support a rapidly growing organisation by ensuring the Salesforce platform remains scalable, resilient, and aligned with business objectives.

What You Need To Succeed

Essential

  • Extensive experience designing and delivering enterprise Salesforce solutions.
  • Salesforce Architect certification(s) or a strong pathway towards Architect-level accreditation.
  • Deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, platform capabilities, APIs, governor limits, and best practices.

  • Experience designing complex system integrations using REST, SOAP, platform events, middleware, and other enterprise integration technologies.
  • Expertise in Salesforce data architecture, data modelling, governance, migration, and quality management.
  • Experience delivering scalable solutions across multiple Salesforce clouds and business functions.
  • Strong understanding of security architecture, role hierarchies, profiles, permission sets, and compliance considerations.
  • Experience leading technical design sessions and engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Practical experience with DevOps processes, CI/CD pipelines, version control, testing strategies, and deployment frameworks.
  • Strong knowledge of relational databases and enterprise application architecture.
