Key tasks:
- Direct Support as a first contact for any Customer request
- Handling of quotes and customer inquiries via phone and email
- Supporting Sales force in any administrative tasks and daily business activities
- Creation of compliant and complete tender documents
- Support to Italian Manager in Operations and Tender Documents
- Scours tender portals and procurement websites daily to identify relevant business opportunities
- Contribution to continuous improvement and process optimization
Requirements
- Previous experience in customer service and tender processing is highly appreciated
- Native-level Italian and fluent written and spoken English are mandatory, any additional language skills are considered as an asset
- Strong customer focus and excellent teamwork skills
