You'll drive high-value conversations, build strong customer relationships, uncover needs, overcome objections, and help tradies maximise the value of their membership—all while using the retention and customer engagement skills you've developed in a contact centre environment.
What you'll be doing:

Onboarding new tradies and guiding them through their first experience on the platform

Conducting outbound engagement and nurture calls to support customer success

Re-engaging tradies who have become inactive and helping them maximise their return on investment

Having meaningful conversations to overcome objections and encourage ongoing platform engagement

Educating tradies on best practices and providing tailored recommendations

Managing and tracking customer performance and campaign activity

Assisting with service-related enquiries and account management activities

Supporting the wider sales team where required

Meeting and exceeding daily, weekly and monthly KPI targets

What we're looking for:

Ideally you have previous experience in a high-volume call centre, particularly within customer retention, loyalty, save teams, renewals or outbound customer engagement

Confident handling objections and influencing customer decisions over the phone

Strong communication and relationship-building skills

You thrive in a target-driven environment and enjoy achieving and exceeding KPIs
