Description of Role
The Infopro Digital Sales Executive position is a team-oriented, quota carrying role that will focus on revenue generation for the Global Finance Markets brand, Central Banking to clients globally. This role will sell individual and enterprise access to our subscriptions and memberships existing and new clients, whilst working alongside the Head of Central Banking Sales and wider sales team to ensure clients buy our full site of products. The Central Banking Sales Executive will work with an entrepreneurial mindset that demonstrates drive, initiative, energy and develop relationships with clientele.
You will work closely with management and cross-functional teams to deliver and support the company’s objectives in the financial services and central bank industries.
The job will suit an ambitious, creative, and hard-working person keen to start and accelerate their career in sales.
Key responsibilities include:
- Revenue generation: meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs, driving revenue growth through new customer acquisition and existing client expansion.
- Sales and Negotiation: Lead the sales process from lead generation to contract negotiations, ensuring the successful closure of deals. This includes condition presentations, proposals and product demonstrations tailored to the needs of financial institutions.
- Market Expansion: Identify and pursue new business opportunities across global financial markets, focusing on central banks, investment banks, asset managers fintech firms and other financial institutions.
- Develop and maintain key client relationships across Americas, Caribbean, and Oceania regions.
- Represent and ensure clients are aware of our entire portfolio online, optimizing cross-selling opportunities and business growth by all methods of communication for Central Banking brand.
- Establishing best-in-class sales practices such as pipeline management, following up on leads, identifying new opportunities, implement sales strategies, and able to explain the value proposition for our subscription products.
- Close collaboration with internal team members including marketing team, customer service team and global sales team to deliver revenue targets and world class service

- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Managing and maintaining monthly and quarterly pipeline and keeping detailed records of client correspondence on internal CRM system.
- Attending industry events and visiting clients may be required.
- Positive attitude and drive to succeed.
- At least one year’s experience selling training, conference delegate, e-learning solutions or other sales experience is preferred.
Structure and Size of Team
- Joining a team of experienced sales professionals, you will report to the Head of Central Banking sales in the Americas.

- This role is based in our downtown New York Office
- Prefer work in a hybrid environment? Not a problem. We have plenty of options for your working preferences as long as you commit to three days a week in the office.
