Corporate Recruiter - Sales
Sono Bello is America's top cosmetic surgery specialist, with 185+ board-certified surgeons who've performed over 300,000 laser liposuction and body contouring procedures. We're rapidly scaling, now at 125+ locations across 35+ states, and our Talent Acquisition team is critical to that growth.
We're looking for a results-driven Corporate Recruiter to own hiring for sales and leadership roles nationwide. This isn't a transactional recruiting role. You'll act as a strategic partner to the business, think like a sales leader first and a recruiter second, and directly impact revenue through the talent you close.
What You'll Do
- Own full-cycle recruiting for sales and leadership roles, from sourcing through offer acceptance
- Proactively source and engage passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter and other tools. You're a hunter, not someone waiting on applicants
- Partner with executives and Area Leaders to align on hiring strategy and business needs
- Run structured, consultative interviews that assess performance, grit, leadership capability, and cultural fit
- Manage the interview process end-to-end to keep momentum and drive strong hiring decisions
- Build offer strategies, handle objections, create urgency, and close top talent
- Keep data clean and accurate to support reporting and accountability

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required
- 3+ years full-cycle recruiting experience in non-technical roles, sales and leadership preferred
- 1+ year in a sales-driven or performance-based environment
- Experience in a high-volume, metrics-driven recruiting environment with ownership of pipeline and time-to-fill goals
- Proven success sourcing passive candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter or similar
- ATS experience managing workflows, scorecards, and data integrity, Greenhouse preferred
- Track record of partnering with and influencing hiring leaders
Location: Greater Seattle Area (required)
Schedule: Hybrid, in office Monday, Tuesday, Thursday in Bellevue, WA; remote Wednesday and Friday
Compensation Range: $65,000 - $85,000 annually, depending on experience
