We're looking for a driven, entrepreneurial Senior Sales Manager to own and grow our digital advertising business in Poland, one of the most exciting and fast-moving digital ad markets in the region.
 
If you live and breathe digital media, love building high-impact client relationships, and have a proven track record of closing big deals, this role is for you.
 
As our Senior Sales Manager, you will lead all commercial efforts in Poland, owning revenue across both direct brand advertisers and media agency partnerships. You'll be the market expert and trusted advisor our clients turn to for digital ad strategy, while hunting for new business, negotiating major contracts, and building a high-performing sales team.

What You'll Do:

  • Own and grow our digital advertising revenue in Poland, from strategy through execution.
  • Drive new business development and identify untapped opportunities across brands and agencies.
  • Build and scale relationships with top brand advertisers and media agencies, negotiating big agreements including agency trading deals.
  • Sell innovative digital advertising solutions, spanning display, performance, video, and beyond, to both new and existing clients.
  • Act as a trusted advisor on digital ad strategy, media planning, campaign optimization, and performance marketing.
  • Set ambitious revenue targets, maintain accurate pipeline forecasting, and consistently exceed quarterly and annual goals.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Client Solutions/Account Managers to ensure flawless campaign execution and long-term client success.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and emerging digital ad opportunities across the Polish ecosystem.
  • Represent the company at key industry events and conferences.
  • What you need for this role:

  • 3+ years of experience in digital ad sales, business development, or strategic account management within advertising or media.
  • Strong experience managing both direct brand clients and media agencies, including involvement in agency trading agreements.
  • Deep understanding of the digital advertising landscape: online advertising, performance marketing, analytics, and the competitive media environment in Poland.
  • Demonstrated track record of hitting or exceeding revenue targets in a fast-paced, commercial environment.
  • Excellent commercial, negotiation, and communication skills, a natural relationship builder.
  • Fluency in Polish and English.
  • A degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field is a plus.

  • In line with the EU Pay Transparency Directive, we are committed to fair and open compensation practices. For this role, the minimum gross annual base salary is PLN 102,480. In addition to base salary, this role includes a significant performance-based variable component, paid quarterly. The final offer will reflect your experience, skills, and the scope of the role.
