Som Sales Manager får du en central rolle i at vækste Wolt i Danmark – ved at onboarde nye restaurant- og retailpartnere til vores platform. Du ejer hele salgsprocessen fra første kontakt til underskrevet aftale og bliver en vigtig del af vores fortsatte ekspansion.
Du kontakter potentielle partnere via telefon og mail for at booke møder – og besøger dem derefter personligt for at præsentere Wolt og skabe stærke relationer.
Dine ansvarsområder
- Eje og drive din egen portefølje af potentielle samarbejdspartnere, som du systematisk kontakter og følger op på
- Booke og afholde møder med restauranter og retailpartnere (fx kiosker, bagerier, convenience og blomsterbutikker)
- Arbejde ud fra København og på tværs af hele Sjælland for at udbygge Wolts tilstedeværelse i alle vores byer
- Planlægge dit arbejde effektivt – og være villig til at tage 1–2 overnatninger om måneden, når det giver mening for at dække dit område bedst muligt
- Forhandle kommercielle vilkår og sikre en grundig overlevering til vores Partner Onboarding Team
- Samarbejde med resten af salgsteamet om at forbedre salgsmetoder og dele best practices
- Træffe solide forretningsbeslutninger baseret på både data og din kommercielle intuition
Hvem er du?
- Du er en ægte hunter med minimum 3 års dokumenteret erfaring indenfor B2B-salg
- Du trives i et performanceorienteret miljø, hvor du sætter ambitiøse mål og fejrer succeser sammen med teamet
- Du har en can-do attitude og trives i et tempofyldt miljø
- Du er en stærk kommunikator og har solid kommerciel forståelse
- Du taler og skriver flydende dansk og engelsk (bemærk; dine første interviews vil være på engelsk)
- Erfaring med CRM-systemer (fx Salesforce eller Pipedrive) er en fordel
- Kendskab til hotel-, restaurant- eller detailbranchen er et plus

Du bliver en del af et dynamisk og erfarent salgsteam bestående af 8 Sales Managers, hvoraf 5 er baseret i København og 3 i Aalborg, som alle arbejder tæt sammen på tværs af Danmark. Teamet består af engagerede Sales Managers, der alle brænder for at skabe vækst for vores partnere – og for at gøre Wolt til det foretrukne valg for både restauranter og retailbutikker.

(En) Sales Manager – Denmark
About the role
We’re expanding our business in Denmark and are looking for a Sales Manager to join our experienced sales team in Copenhagen.
As a Sales Manager, you’ll play a key role in growing Wolt in Denmark by acquiring new restaurant and retail partners to our platform. You’ll own the entire sales process - from the first contact to a signed agreement - and be an essential part of our continued expansion.
You’ll reach out to potential partners via phone and email to book meetings - and then visit them in person to present Wolt and build strong, lasting relationships.
What you’ll be doing
- Manage your own portfolio of potential partners, driving outreach and systematic follow-ups
- Book and conduct meetings with restaurants
- Work primarily out of Copenhagen while covering all of Zealand to expand Wolt’s presence across our cities
- Plan your time efficiently and be flexible to travel - with 1-2 overnight stays per month when needed to cover your area effectively
- Negotiate commercial terms and ensure a smooth handover to our Partner Onboarding Team
- Collaborate closely with the rest of the sales team to share best practices and continuously improve our sales approach
- Make sound business decisions based on both data and your commercial intuition
What we’re looking for
- A true hunter with a proven track record in B2B sales (minimum 3 years)
- Someone who thrives in a performance-driven environment, setting ambitious goals and celebrating success together
- A can-do attitude and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting
- Strong communication skills and solid commercial understanding
- Fluent in Danish and English (note: your initial interviews will be conducted in English)
- Experience working with CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce or Pipedrive) is a plus
- Experience within the hospitality, restaurant, or retail industry is an advantage
Who we are
You’ll be part of a dynamic and experienced sales team of 8 Sales Managers - 5 based in Copenhagen and 3 in Aalborg and 5 Inside Sales Associates - working closely together across Denmark. Our team is driven, collaborative, and passionate about helping our partners grow and making Wolt the preferred choice for both restaurants and retail stores.
