Their services include SEO, Local Service Ads (LSA), PPC campaigns, social media marketing, and website design—all designed to drive high-quality client acquisition and boost online visibility. Currently in a rapid scale-up phase, the company is expanding its sales operations to support increasing demand.

Job Summary

We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Mid-Level Sales Development Representative (SDR) to support outbound efforts, nurture existing prospects, and manage key administrative sales functions. This role is ideal for someone who can independently handle prospecting, follow-ups, and CRM updates while contributing to a streamlined and efficient sales process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain targeted prospecting lists using Google Docs and other tools
  • Send follow-up emails to prospects to book and confirm appointments
  • Conduct warm outreach calls with past and current prospects
  • Update and manage CRM (Zoho) with accurate notes, follow-ups, and activity tracking
  • Coordinate and manage the sales calendar, ensuring smooth scheduling
  • Assist with administrative tasks to support daily sales operations
  • Collaborate with the sales lead to improve outreach and follow-up strategies

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a Sales Development Representative (SDR) or similar sales support role
  • Previously worked in a marketing agency or digital agency equivalent
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills
  • Comfortable making warm outreach calls and engaging prospects
  • Experience with CRM systems (Zoho or similar)
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently

Nice-to-Have:

  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Slack, and Microsoft Office
  • Experience in data entry and list building
  • Background in digital marketing or agency environments
