Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Sales Development Representative with proven experience in outbound sales, lead generation, and pipeline building. This role is ideal for a high-performing sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a strong track record of booking qualified meetings and closing early-stage opportunities.

You will play a critical role in driving revenue growth by identifying, engaging, and qualifying potential clients while collaborating closely with Account Executives and leadership.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute high-volume outbound prospecting campaigns (cold calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach).
  • Identify and qualify high-quality leads within target markets.
  • Book discovery calls and product demos for Account Executives.
  • Manage and maintain CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) with accurate pipeline data.
  • Develop personalized outreach strategies to engage decision-makers.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to optimize messaging and campaigns.
  • Consistently meet and exceed KPIs (meetings booked, pipeline generated, conversion rates).
  • Provide market feedback and insights to refine sales strategies.

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of experience in a Sales Development Representative, or outbound sales role.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
  • Strong experience with cold outreach and lead generation.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar platforms.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and objection-handling skills.
  • Experience working with international clients (US/UK markets preferred).
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working remotely.
  • Experience in SaaS, tech, or digital services industries is highly preferred.
