Things You’ll Do
- Generate qualified pipeline — execute targeted outbound calling and personalised emailing cadences to create new business opportunities.
- Secure meetings for Account Executives — articulate clear value propositions across product lines to convert outreach into qualified meetings.
- Support account penetration — collaborate with AEs to research targets, craft outreach strategies, and run account-based plays.
- Drive demand response and management — handle inbound interest, follow up leads, and maintain disciplined follow-up processes to progress opportunities.
- Use tools and feedback loops — log activities and insights in Salesforce/LinkedIn, participate in coaching, role-plays and team huddles to improve conversion rates.
- Partner cross-functionally — work with Marketing on personalised campaigns and with Sales Operations to refine playbooks and messaging.
What We’re Looking For On Your Resume
- Entry-level applicants or candidates with existing SDR experience; highly motivated to start or advance a career in SaaS sales.
- Prior exposure to the public sector space is highly regarded.
- Comfortable making high volumes of outbound calls and personalised outreach; confident verbal and written communicator.
- Demonstrated customer-facing experience (retail, sales, support, recruitment, consulting, etc.) is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills — able to build rapport quickly and represent Qualtrics professionally to a range of buyers.
- Eagerness to learn technologies, sales systems and process (Salesforce, LinkedIn, sales engagement tools).
- Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required — we prioritise capability, drive and performance potential.
