Role Profile:

As a Sales Advisor, your key accountabilities will be to recommend and assist customers in selecting the ideal product suitable for their individual preferences and needs. You will also be expected to build and maintain good relationship with customers to ensure customer retention.

Location : Mega Bangna / Siam Paragon

Responsibilities:

  • Provide professional consultation to customers on coffee machines, accessories, and consumables
  • Demonstrate product features, usage, and benefits clearly
  • Achieve individual and store sales targets
  • Upsell and cross-sell related products
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and after-sales support professionally
  • Ensure product displays, counters, and demo machines are clean and well-presented
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of coffee machines, brewing methods, and brand positioning
  • Process sales transactions accurately via POS system
  • Monitor stock levels and report replenishment needs to the supervisor
  • Participate in training, promotions, and brand activities

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree is an advantage)
  • Experience as a Barista or in a coffee-related role is preferred
  • Retail sales experience (appliances, coffee, or premium products is a plus)
  • Knowledge of coffee brewing methods and basic machine operation
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Passion for coffee and customer service
  • Ability to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
  • 1–3 years of experience in sales or customer-facing roles
