The Revenue Intelligence Analyst supports professionals by analyzing Salesforce, marketing, and client data to identify qualified growth opportunities. This role is responsible for evaluating marketing-generated leads, identifying cross-selling opportunities within existing clients, and providing data-driven insights that help prioritize outreach and maximize revenue potential.
Working closely with Marketing, Business Development, Sales Operations, and Data Quality, the analyst develops reports and dashboards that improve lead visibility, measure campaign effectiveness, and support firm growth initiatives.
Requirements
How You’ll Contribute:
Pipeline & Revenue Intelligence
- Build and maintain Salesforce dashboards for lead generation, pipeline activity, and cross-sell opportunity performance.
- Monitor key KPIs such as lead conversion, opportunity progression, campaign and event ROI, and cross-sell success.
- Evaluate lead quality based on predefined qualification criteria.
- Identify high-potential prospects using firmographic, industry, engagement, and CRM data.
- Recommend lead prioritization for follow-up.
- Monitor lead conversion through the sales pipeline and identify areas for improvement.
Growth & Client Expansion Analytics
- Analyze existing client relationships to identify opportunities for additional services.
- Identify clients with low service penetration across practice areas.
- Develop reports highlighting whitespace opportunities by client, industry, and department.
Partner & Collaboration Insights
- Analyze referral and collaboration patterns across service lines
- Measure performance by Professionals
- Evaluate how collaboration impacts win rates and deal size
- Develop partner and leadership scorecards that support accountability and behavior change
What Skills You’ll Bring:
- 2–5 years of experience in business analytics, sales analytics, marketing analytics, or CRM analytics.
- Experience working with Salesforce reporting and dashboards.
- Experience with BI tools such as Domo, Power BI, or Tableau.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify trends and business opportunities.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
