In this role, you'll be responsible for:
Providing comprehensive plumbing inspections for customers. Offer upgrade options based on plumbing inspections findings.Repairing or replace broken drainage lines, clogged drains, faucets etc.Locating and repair issues with water supply lines (e.g. leaks)Reading blueprints and drawings to understand or plan the layout of plumbing, waste disposal and water supply systemsCutting , assembling and installing pipes and tubes with attention to existing infrastructure (e.g. electrical wiring)Installing and maintaining water supply systemsRepairing domestic appliances (e.g. washing machines) and fixtures (e.g. sinks) etc.Installing waste disposal and sanitary systems with well-functioning DWV systemsSkills and Requirements:
At least 5 years of Residential Service Plumbing experienceJourneyman License is a PlusService Titan experience a plusSolid understanding of water distribution and disposal systems in residential, commercial and industrial buildingsWorking knowledge of heating and ventilation systems as well as appliancesAbility to handle plumbing tools and equipment (pipe wrenches, pipe cutters, plungers etc.)Good communication and interpersonal skillsFriendly with a great deal of patienceGood physical condition and strength with the ability to work in awkward spacesWe don't just offer jobs—we build careers.
