What You'll Be Doing

• Diagnose and repair residential plumbing systems
• Install water heaters, fixtures, faucets, disposals, sump pumps, and water lines
• Perform drain and sewer repairs
• Help homeowners understand their repair and replacement options
• Deliver five-star customer service on every call
• Complete job notes and paperwork accurately

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of residential service plumbing experience
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
• Great customer service and communication
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to pass a background check
• ServiceTitan experience is a plus
• Positive attitude and a team-first mindset
