Eliot is seeking a Residential Counselor II to join our Social Services residential program designed to provide immediate and long term placement for children ages 5 to 12 that need specialized support and services as they heal from traumatic events that have shaped their young lives. Our ideal candidate will have the ability to establish a positive rapport with a culturally and economically diverse group of children and families and to deliver services within the established trauma informed and strengths-based frameworks. |
