B. ORGANISATIONAL RELATIONSHIPS
Directly Reports to : Head, Energy (Oil, Gas & Power)

C. JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of Energy sector clients by delivering tailored banking solutions across Oil, Gas, and Power while ensuring strong risk management, customer service excellence, and profitability.
D. SPECIFIC DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITES
1. Regular/Routine
1. Client Relationship Management
- Manage assigned Energy sector clients and deepen existing relationships.
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling banking products including loans, trade, cash management, and treasury solutions.
- Maintain regular client engagement and provide responsive service.
2. Business Development
- Originate new business within the Energy sector.
- Prepare and present proposals, pitches, and account plans.
- Support deal origination and execution efforts led by the Head, Energy.
3. Credit & Risk Management
- Prepare credit applications, reviews, and proposals for Energy clients.
- Monitor portfolio quality and ensure timely renewals and reviews.
- Ensure compliance with credit policies and regulatory requirements.
4. Transaction Execution & Portfolio Monitoring
- Coordinate transaction processing with Integrated Middle Office
- Monitor account performance, limits, and covenants.
- Support remedial actions for early warning signals
2. Periodic Responsibilities
· Perform other duties as may be assigned by the Head, Energy

Requirements
G. SPECIFICATIONS
Minimum Education: A good first degree in Engineering, Finance, Economics, Business, or related discipline. A relevant master’s degree or professional certification in ACIB, ACCA, ICA & CFA will be an added advantage.
Minimum Experience: Minimum 5–8 years’ experience in Corporate Banking or Energy Banking
