Rehab Tech / Rehab Aide | Outpatient | Part-time | 1410 N Race St Glasgow, KY 42141
Schedule: Part-time, approximately 16–24 hours per week

As a Rehab Tech / Rehab Aide, you'll play an important role in supporting our therapists and helping patients have a positive rehabilitation experience. Our Glasgow outpatient clinic provides orthopedic rehabilitation services to patients with a variety of musculoskeletal and functional needs. You'll work alongside licensed Physical Therapists and Physical Therapist Assistants while assisting with patient care, clinic operations, and creating a welcoming environment for every patient.
Your Role
- Assist therapists during treatment sessions while promoting patient safety.
- Prepare treatment areas and sanitize equipment between patients.
- Encourage and support patients throughout therapeutic exercises and activities.
- Assist with front office responsibilities, including scheduling, patient check-in, and documentation support.
- Maintain therapy supplies and help ensure efficient daily clinic operations.
- Provide excellent customer service to patients and their families.
This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on clinical experience while working alongside experienced rehabilitation professionals.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply.
- Healthcare, rehabilitation, or customer service experience preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced outpatient clinic.
- Ability to assist patients and safely move equipment as needed.
- CPR certification is a plus.
- Currently enrolled in or planning to enroll in a Physical Therapy (PT), Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA), or Athletic Training (ATC) program is a plus.
