About this Registered Nurse (RN) – Float/Transition Team role at BAYADA Home Health Care

We are hiring experienced Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our Float/Transition Team, providing complex home care services to adult and pediatric clients throughout Burlington County, NJ.
In this role, you'll deliver high-quality, compassionate care to clients transitioning to home-based care while supporting a variety of skilled nursing needs. This position requires prior experience with tracheostomy and ventilator care.

Qualifications for Transition Registered Nurses:
- Have a current license as a Registered Nurse
- NICU, PICU, ICU or home care trach/vent experience required
- Achieve a passing score on high-tech Pediatric simulations.
- Hold current CPR certification
- Ability to work in a teaching setting to prepare and educate the ongoing BAYADA care team
- Availability to commit to an ongoing, consistent schedule (including a commitment of 1 shift per week is acceptable)
- Ability to travel throughout Burlington County
