ROLE OVERVIEW:
The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for leading and supporting the commercial and operational performance of retail stores within an assigned region. The role focuses on achieving sales targets, ensuring consistent implementation of brand standards and company policies, driving operational excellence, and developing high-performing store teams while aligning regional execution with the company's overall business strategy.
MAIN ACTIVITIES:
• Visit stores regularly to evaluate performance, motivate teams, and implement corrective actions.
• Take responsibility for achieving commercial targets and driving business performance within the assigned region.
• Monitor sales results, KPIs, and reports, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Implement commercial and trade policies, ensuring alignment with brand standards and visual merchandising guidelines.
• Oversee product availability, stock management, deliveries, internal transfers, inventory processes, and support loss prevention initiatives.
• Build, lead, and develop high-performing retail teams across existing and new stores within the assigned region.
• Lead the recruitment, onboarding, training, performance evaluation, and development of Store Managers and store teams.
• Set development goals, prepare improvement plans, and ensure effective workforce planning and staffing levels.
• Manage regional budgets, monitor operational and staff costs, and oversee bonus-related controls in line with company policies.
• Ensure excellence in customer service, store operations, and overall store presentation.
• Coordinate and monitor store openings, closures, renovations, and the execution of marketing and promotional activities.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, labor legislation, and ethical standards.
• Collaborate closely with internal departments, including HR, Visual Merchandising, Marketing, Logistics, Allocation, Sales Support, and Loss Prevention, as well as external partners when required.
• Prepare and present business reports, recommend improvement initiatives, assign priorities to Store Managers, and plan regular store visits.
• Participate in company events, training sessions, and perform any other duties assigned by the employer.
Requirements
• Approximately 2–5 years of experience in retail management or regional retail operations; experience in a fast fashion environment will be considered an asset.
• Proven ability to lead and develop teams while delivering commercial results.
• Strong understanding of retail KPIs, sales analysis, operational standards, and competitor awareness.
• Excellent organizational, communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills, with a proactive, results-driven, and ownership mindset.
• Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Team player with a professional attitude and a genuine interest in fashion.
• Fluency in English
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital retail tools.
• Driver's license.
• Availability to travel frequently within the assigned region.
