About the Role
As we expand into Singapore, this is a unique opportunity to establish and grow the V2 AI brand across Asia. We're looking for an experienced marketing professional who thrives in high-growth environments and enjoys building from the ground up. You'll own regional events, deliver integrated demand generation campaigns and support the marketing operations that enable scalable growth across the region.
Working closely with our executive leadership, sales, technical teams and alliance partners, you'll shape our regional marketing strategy, strengthen relationships with partners including Anthropic, AWS and Databricks, and position V2 as the AI consultancy of choice across Asia.
What You'll Do
- Own the end-to-end strategy and execution of regional events across Asia, including executive roundtables, conferences, partner events, sponsorships, workshops and community meetups, to deliver measurable pipeline and brand impact.
- Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, partner, email and social channels that generate demand, strengthen brand awareness and support business growth in Asia.
- Partner closely with sales and leadership to align Asian marketing initiatives with commercial priorities and growth objectives. Build and execute account-based marketing programs targeting priority enterprise accounts across key verticals.
- Support content and thought leadership initiatives by providing local market knowledge and insight, working with the Content Manager to ensure regional relevance across Asia.
- Contribute to PR and media activities across Asia in collaboration with the CMO, leveraging local relationships and market insight to drive regional coverage.
- Collaborate with the CMO and strategic partners including Anthropic, AWS and Databricks on joint marketing initiatives and co-marketing programs.
- Own the regional marketing calendar, working with the wider marketing team to coordinate agencies, suppliers and creative partners to deliver high-quality outcomes.
- Measure campaign and event performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Support the team where possible with marketing operations and performance analytics, continually optimising marketing effectiveness.
- Support employer branding initiatives and regional growth as V2 expands across APAC.
About You
- 7+ years' experience in B2B technology marketing, ideally within AI, SaaS, cloud, consulting or enterprise software.
- Deep understanding of the Singapore market and broader Asian region, with the cultural awareness and local networks needed to build brand presence and commercial relationships across Asia.
- Extensive experience planning and delivering high-impact B2B events that generate measurable commercial outcomes.
- Strong experience developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns, from strategy through to execution and optimisation.
- Experience working with technology alliance partners or vendor ecosystems on joint go-to-market and co-marketing programs is highly regarded.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret campaign data, measure ROI and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
- Experience with marketing operations, including CRM and marketing automation platforms. Experience with Pardot (Salesforce Marketing Cloud) is highly regarded but not essential - we are happy to upskill the right person.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience collaborating across executives, sales, technical teams and external partners.
- Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Comfortable working with ambiguity, taking ownership and building new initiatives from the ground up.
- A proactive, collaborative mindset with a passion for emerging technologies and AI.
