About this Recognition Outreach Intern role at Studyportals
As a Recognition Outreach Intern, you will support Studyportals' Recognition Outreach projects, helping higher education institutions worldwide recognize English language tests and other qualifications. You will work closely with strategic partnerships, client success, and marketing teams while gaining hands-on experience in international education, stakeholder engagement, project coordination, and client relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
- Support outreach campaigns to universities and higher education institutions worldwide.
- Assist with researching institutions and identifying recognition opportunities.
- Track outreach activities, follow-ups, and project progress in CRM systems.
- Help coordinate communication between clients and educational institutions.
- Support reporting, data collection, and recognition tracking activities.
- Assist with organizing webinars, events, and recognition campaigns.
- Maintain accurate records in recognition databases and internal systems.
- Collaborate with Strategic Partnerships, Client Success, and Marketing teams on project delivery.

Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Interest in international education, partnerships, or business development.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
- Comfortable working with Excel, CRM systems, and online research tools.
- Eager to learn and collaborate in an international environment.
