• Welcome and check in/check out guests during the night shift.
• Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries and requests.
• Perform end-of-day audits and reconcile all hotel transactions.
• Verify guest accounts, payments, and billing accuracy.
• Balance cash, credit card, and other payment transactions.
• Prepare and distribute daily financial and operational reports.
• Ensure the security and safety of guests, staff, and hotel property during the night shift.
• Handle reservations, room allocations, and guest requests.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and security to ensure smooth hotel operations.
• Report maintenance issues and any incidents occurring during the shift.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with hotel policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience as a Night Auditor, Receptionist, Front Desk Agent, or in a similar hotel role.
• Experience using hotel Property Management Systems (PMS) is an added advantage.
• Basic accounting and bookkeeping knowledge.
• Strong computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and remain calm under pressure.
• Must be willing to work overnight shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
