Requirements
About You:
We’re looking for an experienced Full-Stack Developer to help us build, maintain, and scale our modern applications. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and wants to contribute not only through hands-on development, but also by shaping architecture, mentoring others, and driving best practices.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in full-stack development
- Solid knowledge of Java and/or Kotlin, Spring Boot, and React
- Familiarity with microservice architecture, REST APIs, and CI/CD pipelines
- Willingness to mentor others and contribute to a strong engineering culture
- A problem-solving mindset and a passion for building great products
Techstack:
BackEnd:
- Micro-service built on Java/Kotlin
- Spring Boot
- REST API with OpenAPI specification
- S3: MinIO used for storage of images and other data
- DB: PostgreSQL/MSSQL/Oracle with a GraphQL layer
FrontEnd:
- React, TypeScript
- Frontends monorepo orchestrated with Turborepo and pnpm
- All apps are bootstrapped with Vite
- Vitest is used for unit tests
- CSS: Our design system built on top of Stitches and Radix UI components
DevOps:
- GitLab CI/CD
- Docker, Kubernetes

Interview Process
Here is the typical interview process for this role:
👋 Introduction Stage (~30 min.)
- Recruiter Screen
🧑💻 Team Interview Stage (~120 min.)
We have a one single interview round that takes approximately 2 - 2,5 hours and is divided into two stages:
- Stage 1: Technical Interview (60 min)
An interactive session with our technical team, focusing on your problem-solving approach and technical knowledge relevant to the role. - Stage 2: Practical Collaboration (60~90 min)
A hands-on session where you will work directly with our Software Engineers and Hiring Manager on a real-world problem. This is a practical, collaborative exercise designed to see how you approach challenges, communicate your reasoning, and co-create solutions in real time.
