This role is responsible for managing project schedules, quality, safety, budgets, trade partners, and client communication to ensure every home is delivered on time, on budget, and to the company's high standards of craftsmanship and customer experience. Whether managing portfolio homes, townhomes, condos, or custom single-family residences, the Project Manager plays a critical role in bringing clients' vision to life.

What you'll get to do:
- Take overall responsibility for project schedule, quality, safety, budget, and client satisfaction
- Develop and manage project schedules, look-ahead plans, and jobsite activities
- Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, suppliers, and construction teams
- Conduct pre-construction scope reviews with trade partners and suppliers
- Evaluate construction methods and proactively identify solutions to jobsite challenges
- Ensure materials are ordered, delivered, and available when needed
- Monitor project costs and maintain accurate construction workflows and documentation
- Inspect work to ensure compliance with plans, specifications, company standards, and local building codes
- Provide regular progress updates and maintain strong client communication throughout the project
- Drive quality by proactively identifying issues and coordinating corrective actions
- Maintain a safe, organized, and productive jobsite environment
What will make you successful:
- 2+ years of residential construction project management, superintendent, or related construction leadership experience
- Experience reading and interpreting construction plans and specifications
- Strong organizational, planning, and time-management skills
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Ability to effectively coordinate multiple projects, vendors, and deadlines
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field (preferred)
- 5+ years of residential construction project management experience (preferred)
- OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification (preferred)
- Experience with Bluebeam, BuilderTrend, or similar construction management software (preferred)
- Experience managing custom home, townhome, condominium, or production residential construction projects (preferred)
