About this Project Coordinator (Part-Time, Temporary) role at ABACUS
Position Summary
The Project Coordinator will support the Service Transition Project Management (STPM) team by coordinating client implementation projects and strategic internal initiatives. Working alongside experienced Project Managers, this role is responsible for helping keep projects organized, tracking action items, maintaining project documentation, and facilitating communication across multiple technical and business teams.
The Project Coordinator plays an integral role in ensuring projects continue to progress by coordinating activities across Engineering, Networking, Security, Billing, and other delivery teams, allowing Project Managers to focus on client engagement, project execution, and successful delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Support Project Managers with the day-to-day coordination of client and
internal projects. - Track project action items, deliverables, risks, dependencies, and project
milestones. - Follow up with cross-functional teams to ensure assigned tasks are
completed on schedule. - Coordinate project meetings, prepare agendas, capture meeting minutes,
and distribute action items. - Maintain project plans, schedules, trackers, documentation, and status
reports.

Schedule: Part-Time (Approximately 35 hours per week)
Hourly Rate: $20
Duration: Temporary Assignment (July – Mid-September, with potential for
extension)
