About the Role
Mogo Kenya is expanding its financing products — including boda-boda, logbook, and smartphone loans — across a growing network of 90+ branches and digital channels. As we continue to scale, we're looking for ambitious, execution-driven Product Owners to take ownership of products that directly impact customer growth and business performance.
This is a hands-on role where you'll own the full lifecycle of a lending product, from shaping its design, pricing, eligibility criteria, customer journey, and unit economics to driving go-to-market execution through both digital marketing and in-branch campaigns. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to continuously test, optimize, and improve product performance based on customer insights and commercial results.
Designed as a fast-track career opportunity, this role is ideal for high-potential individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments, enjoy solving commercial problems, and want to build leadership experience early. Success is measured by your ability to execute, learn quickly, and deliver tangible business outcomes, with a clear pathway into product leadership and management.
Reporting directly to the Country Director, you'll have significant ownership from day one and the opportunity to help shape products used by thousands of customers across Kenya.
