The Role

As part of Expereo's Digital Office operating under the Single-Threaded Owner (STO) model, the Product Manager will work within outcome-oriented, cross-functional squads within the Commercial XP domain to lead the development and optimization of our technical product offerings. This role bridges product management and technical teams, ensuring our solutions are market-ready, performant, usable, and scalable.

You will be responsible for defining and driving the product vision, translating business and market needs into prioritized requirements, and ensuring alignment between business goals, system capabilities, and technical delivery teams.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys shaping technical product strategy, working closely with engineering to bring ideas to life, and contributing to continuous improvement through structured analysis, clear documentation, and data-informed decision-making.

  • Define and implement product strategies and roadmaps for technical products, continually aligning with market needs and company goals
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to translate product requirements into actionable tasks and detailed specifications
  • Conduct in-depth technical analysis of products and market trends, providing insights for future initiatives
  • Serve as the primary liaison between product, engineering, and sales teams to ensure effective communication and collaboration
  • Lead product discovery sessions with stakeholders to identify and refine new feature opportunities and use cases
  • Manage the product lifecycle, from initiation and development through launch and ongoing enhancement
  • Monitor and analyze product performance metrics to inform optimization and decision-making processes
  • Establish and maintain product documentation, including user stories, acceptance criteria, and product specifications

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related technical field
  • 5+ years of product management experience in a technical domain, preferably within telecoms or technology-driven sectors
  • Proven ability to manage technical products through their full lifecycle, ideally in SaaS or cloud-based environments
  • Excellent analytical skills and experience translating complex technical concepts into clear, actionable product requirements
  • Prior experience working closely with engineering teams and understanding Agile methodologies
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong emphasis on collaboration and stakeholder management
  • Fluent English; additional languages are a plus
