As a Product Manager, you will be instrumental in steering the product development journey from concept to launch, ensuring it aligns with our company’s strategic objectives. You will work closely with cross-functional teams such as engineering, design, marketing, and sales to develop products that satisfy customer needs and surpass expectations. The ideal candidate is a proactive thinker who possesses strong analytical capabilities, exceptional communication skills, and a passion for technology and problem-solving.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

- Product Strategy & Vision: Create and convey a well-defined product vision and strategy that aligns with the company’s objectives. Convert customer needs and market trends into clear, actionable product requirements.

- Collaboration: Partner closely with design, engineering, and other relevant teams to establish product specifications and prioritize features based on value and feasibility. Promote a collaborative culture that fosters innovative thinking.

- Product Development: Oversee the complete product development lifecycle, including brainstorming, planning, execution, and product launch. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.

- Stakeholder Management: Provide regular updates on product progress to both internal and external stakeholders. Collect feedback and refine products using user insights and market data.

- Performance Monitoring: Define key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate product success after launch. Analyze metrics to measure user engagement, satisfaction, and overall performance.

- Continuous Improvement: Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices. Advocate for ongoing enhancements in product processes and methodologies to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline; MBA is considered an advantage.

- Over 5 years of experience in product management or a similar role, preferably in Payment or data warehousing sectors.

- Demonstrated success in launching and managing products throughout their lifecycle.

- Strong analytical abilities with the capability to interpret data and make informed decisions.

- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly present complex information to varied audiences.

- Proficiency in product management methodologies and tools such as Waterfall, Agile, and Scrum.

- Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills, coupled with a proactive and positive attitude.

- Proficiency in the Japanese language is required.
