About this Product Designer role at Iyzico
Key Responsibilities
- Design end-to-end user experiences across web and mobile products, from discovery to delivery.
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, Marketing, and other cross-functional teams throughout the product development lifecycle.
- Analyze qualitative and quantitative user data to identify user pain points and translate findings into actionable product insights.
- Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that balance user needs, business goals, and technical constraints.
- Transform complex information and data-rich interfaces into clear, intuitive, and easy-to-navigate user experiences.
- Plan and conduct user interviews, usability testing, and prototype validation sessions to understand user needs and validate design decisions.
- Use the design system effectively and contribute enhancements to support product consistency.
- Present design solutions, communicate design rationale, and collaborate with stakeholders to drive informed decisions.
- Stay up to date with emerging design trends, tools, and technologies to improve design practices and product experiences.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in Product Design, UX/UI Design, or a similar role.
- A portfolio showcasing end-to-end product design projects and design process.
- Proficiency in Figma or similar design tools, with experience working with design systems.
- Solid understanding of UX principles, interaction design, information architecture, and visual hierarchy.
- Experience designing web interfaces and mobile applications.
- Ability to balance user needs, business goals, and technical constraints in design decisions.
- Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and prototype validation to inform design decisions.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Familiarity with AI-powered design tools and workflows.
- A collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
