PROCESS SPECIALIST- Thai


As a Process Specialist here at DATAMARK, you will play a critical role in managing the logistics function. Your primary responsibility will be to analyze and monitor customer accounts. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement collection policies and procedures and resolve customer issues and disputes related to logistics accounts. Your strong analytical skills and attention to detail will be essential in optimizing the logistics process and reducing delinquency rates.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Establish and maintain contact with customers concerning past due invoices, payment trends, resolution of disputed invoices, and other matters related to past due receivables
  • Protect sensitive and confidential information, Ensure high accuracy and consistency in data
  • Enter data accurately into databases, systems, or spreadsheets and Cross-check information against source documents.
  • Ensure high accuracy and consistency in data and correct mistakes and resolve discrepancies.

Requirements

YOU MUST HAVE

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Good proficiency in Thai and English language (read/write) and must have an excellent written and oral communication, at least B2 or B1
